Best of Central Florida 2021 Voting Begins October 1st

As the year turns the corner toward fall and winter, subscribers once again await results from the Orlando Local News' annual Best of Central Florida competition. The competition will feature businesses, personalities and politicians from across Central Florida in a bid to win the the yearly prize in "best" of their respective categories.

Last year, the Orlando Local News' annual awards luncheon brought together political leaders and entrepreneurs of all stripes to honor the Best of Central Florida. Hosted at the University Club of Orlando, the event included a concert by world renown pianist Dariusz Grabowski and keynote speeches by Roger S. Swanson Lifetime Achievement Award winners Congressman John Mica and former U.S. Surgeon General Antonia Novello.

Award winners were selected by both votes from the public and our Editorial Board's non-voting categories. Listed below, the winners from our 2020 competition. Photos from the University Club luncheon can be found in the a gallery here.

This year's dinner will be held on a yet to-be-determined date at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club.
